About Viewing Logs Online

Our website enables you to view graphical logs and digital data for your wells.  The graphical logs can be viewed in PDF format and a variety of other formats.  You may also download LAS files in versions 1.2, 2.0, and 3.0 format for the entire well from start to current depth.

We also display TVD Logs (if available) on our website and TVD LAS Files

Of course all of your Morning Reports, Show Reports, SampleCam™ Pictures, and 10-Ft Drill Time Report files can also be found here in the same place.

Zip Files which are created with any of these files enable you to more quickly and conveniently download all of your files, even over slow Internet connections.

PDF files are compressed graphical vector and raster layout files that are readable with Adobe Acrobat Reader.  Since Acrobat Reader is available on virtually every computer platform, you may both view and print your log using the same file.  PDF files display the logs in a crystal clear, scalable format that is easy to print on most banner printers.  To obtain the free Acrobat Reader, please click on the link on the left side of the page.

LAS (Log ASCII Standard) files are a standard way to communicate logging information between computing systems.  The three standard versions of LAS files were established by the CWLS (Canadian Well Logging Society) as a way for different logging applications and viewing applications to share log data.  Version 1.2 and 2.0 LAS files can contain any information that can be represented as multiple columns of numbers.  Version 3.0 LAS files can contain that type of data plus much more custom, user-defined data.

If you have requested that we create TVD (True Vertical Depth) Logs from the well data and depth surveys, then these logs will be available on our website in the above graphical and digital formats.  TVD logs correlate data to true depths below the surface rather than the measured depth of the drill string.
